1. How does Mutu's Human/insects -machine -like distortions of the body relate to conventional notions of female beauty ?
  Answer : I feel like Mutu uses this kind of art as a way to express her feelings towards what she thinks female beauty really is. Everybody (women) is beautiful on their own unique way, I think that it is amazing that she uses all that kind of objects/material to create one final piece of art. The female body goes through all sorts of changes it's possible that the different objects represents the stages



2. Describe how one of her works functions formally . How is the work beautiful and how is it ugly ?

Answer : I didn't find her work ugly nor or beautiful, It's weird in a good kind of way . I like how her minds work and how talented she is, her work is from the heart & it's absolutely one of a kind and original. I like all the bright colors she uses in her work, it makes it stand out even more. Her art is phenomenal & like a piece of  fresh air. She's free spirited & she's amazing at what she does .
