Favorite Dish Project !!

One Of My  Favorite Dish To Make/Cook/Bake Is Patties. Favoritebly Haitian Patties. I Started Making Patties As Young As 7 Years Old. In Fact, The First a Time I Tried Making Them, It Was A Total  Disasters. They Were So Bad To The Point That No One Wanted To Try Them Out. I've Had Other Patties Such As Jamaican Beef Patties,However, Haitain Patties Are On Top Of The List For Me. It's From My Culture, I Enjoy Making It But Most Importantly I Love Eating It. It's Been About 15 Years Since Ive  Been Making It, I Really Good At Making Patties & They Final Product Always Come Out Beautifully .

Ingredient :

Seasonings, All Purpose Flour, Boiled Eggs, Black Pepper, Water & Onions.

First Step : Mix The Water & The Seasonings Together In A Bowl

Step 2: Add The Flour To Water Mix It We'll

Step 2-A Mix It Untill It Looks Like Something Like This

Step :3 Flatten The Dough On A Flat Plate ( It Should Like Simething Like This .

Step 3(A) . Chopped The Onions Into Small Pieces As Well As The Egg(s)

Final Step: Is To Either Bake The Pattie(s) Or Fry It.

The Pattiies Should Come Out Looking Like This Depending On Either If It Was Baked Or Fried. I Chose To Bake Mine Because I Didn't Want To Deal With Oil & The Mess That Comes With It. It Took About an Hour And Half For Me Accomplished The Whole Project. It Was Fun, I Loved Doing It, It Was Relaxing .

  1. Great description and wonderful photo documentation. Details like that fact that you've been making patties for 15 years, and that the first attempt was a total disaster, add richness to the description of the recipe. When people eat them, they can arguably taste those 15 years of experience in the success of the dish and all the narratives associated with your cooking experience.

    Well done.
